Why is the work of the excavator broken hammer weak?

The faults of the weak operation of the breaker of the excavator are generally manifested as: the boom lift and the bucket turnover are weak. There are four main reasons for the failure.

1. Internal leakage of working gear pump

The internal leakage of the breaker of the excavator is as follows: the noise during operation is large, and the higher the engine speed, the greater the noise; a lot of copper chips can be seen in the oil filter. The gear pump should be dismantled and inspected to check the end face clearance of the gear (normal value is 0.100-0.140mm), the meshing clearance of the gear (normal value is 0.005-0.015mm), the radial clearance of the gear (normal value is 0.100-0.200mm), and See if the seals are good etc. If it is out of tolerance or damaged, it should be corrected or replaced.

It can be seen from the above that there may be many kinds of problems, as long as we pay attention to them, we can find them, and early detection and early treatment can reduce the minimum repair cost. 2. Internal leakage of the distribution valve

The main reasons for the internal leakage of the distribution valve are: the main valve core of the total safety valve is stuck; the cooperation gap between the valve stem and the valve body is too large (the normal cooperation gap is 0.025~0.040mm); the triangle breaker or the valve body is strained; Damaged seals, etc.

3. Low system pressure

Connect a pressure gauge with a range of 25mpa at the pressure measuring point of the distribution valve, so that when the engine and hydraulic oil are at normal operating temperature and the engine speed is about 1 800r/min, operate the distribution valve rotary bucket slide valve to make the bucket tilt back. The pressure displayed by the pressure gauge should be 17mpa.

If it is lower than this value, the safety valve should be disassembled and inspected to check whether the spring of the pilot valve of the breaker accessories is cracked, whether the seal is good, whether the main spool is stuck and whether the damping hole is blocked. If there is no problem with the above, adjust the pressure regulating screw to make the system pressure reach the normal value.

4. Inner leakage of boom cylinder or bucket cylinder

Respectively close the piston of the boom cylinder or the bucket cylinder, remove the rodless cavity oil pipe, and continue to fill the rod cavity of the boom cylinder or bucket cylinder with oil. If there is a lot of oil leakage from the oil port of the rodless cavity (normal leakage should be ≤30ml/min), it means that the piston sealing ring is damaged and should be replaced; Put the boom operating lever in the neutral position, and turn off the engine, check the sinking speed of the boom (normally, it should be <40mm/h), and then put the boom operating lever in the ascending position, if the boom sinks at this time The speed is significantly accelerated, indicating that the internal leakage occurs in the hydraulic cylinder; if the sinking speed does not change significantly, it indicates that the internal leakage is caused by the distribution valve.
